By accessing or using PulseJobs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PulseJobs is a healthcare startup job aggregator that collects publicly available job listings from third-party applicant tracking systems. We provide access to these listings through a subscription model with time-gated access. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings in bulk. You may not attempt to circumvent the time-gate or paywall. You may not use automated tools to access the Service without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are current, accurate, or that applying through our Service will result in employment. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may change or be removed without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
